The Minnesota Security Dealers Association (MSDA) is a professional trade organization that works to improve the ethics, business standards and working environment for members, who are engaged in the buying, selling and trading of securities. As one of the largest Securities communities in the country, MSDA is a non-profit organization founded in 1991 and is comprised of approximately 150 members/security traders active in the greater Metropolitan area of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Through membership in MSDA we support the national Security Traders Association in its ongoing efforts to represent our interests in Washington D.C.
The MSDA is committed to promoting the interests of our members throughout the global financial markets, providing representation of these interests in the legislative, regulatory and technological processes, while fostering goodwill and high standards of integrity in accord with the Association's founding principle, Dictum Meum Pactum - "Our word is our bond".
Dear MSDA Members,
I am extremely proud and appreciative of the opportunity provided to me by the members of the Minnesota Security Dealers Association to serve as your President in 2009.
2009 promises to be a historical year in many ways. Our industry will face continued challenges in the months ahead but it is imperative we move forward in a positive manner focusing on the critical roles played by MSDA members and traders nationwide.
To continue MSDA’s conference tradition of providing pertinent education and valuable networking opportunities, this year’s annual event will be held on Thursday & Friday, July 16 & 17, 2009. As usual we expect another great turnout and as a member of MSDA your attendance is complimentary. The conference hotel will be the Graves 601 Hotel.
If you have attended MSDA conferences over the past few years you will be notified via email approximately 5 weeks prior to the conference. This website will continue to offer a direct link to register for this conference and other events.
