About MSDA
The Minnesota Security Dealers Association (MSDA) is a professional trade organization dedicated to advancing ethical practices, high business standards, and a collaborative working environment for professionals engaged in the buying, selling and trading of securities.
Founded in 1991, MSDA is one of the largest securities communities in the country, representing approximately 1000 active members and security traders across the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area and Iowa. MSDA, a non-profit organization, proudly supports the Security Traders Association (STA) in its ongoing efforts to advocate for our industry at the national level in Washington, D.C.
Our mission is to promote the interests of our members in global financial markets, ensuring strong representation in legislative, regulatory, and technological developments. We are committed to fostering goodwill, integrity, and professionalism in accordance with our founding principle:
